Great service and confortable stay

The property was very nice and in a great location with easy access to go in any direction. The staff was very professional. The inside was nice and safe and clean. The daytime hours were nice and safe inside and outside. But the outside at night was a little sketchy with clients smoking pot outdoors. I didn't understand why they didn't have security or more lighting to deter that activity.

I didn’t like the fact you have to pay for parking not only that the garage is far away. The rooms are small the couches are terrible soo small! The chairs are bad as well!

I loved this hotel the staff was soo nice and helpful. The bed was so comfortable. The room was very clean and the hotel overall looked clean. The view was amazing at night we stayed in the 12th floor.

I enjoyed my stay at Hilton. The design of the room was beautiful. The hotel was very clean. The front desk staff was professional and helpful.😊

Cost for parking was not on hotels.com. They should not charge if not mentioned.

the room was dirty and they offered absolutely nothing. Bar closed at 9:pm no food open in hotel. For what I paid for this stay a Budget Suite would have sufficed better than this.

The hotel was making so much noise I couldn’t sleep in for the 2 days I was there

Reserved two queen beds, but was given two doubles. No fridge in room to keep my grandson's medicine cool and ice machine on our floor did not work. Air conditioner did not work and i did not realize as i thought they just didn't turn the air on for my stay. After putting my special needs grandson to bed, I realized in the middle of the night it was not cooling and I could not have someone come in and wake him up at that point. I was not satisfied with the response as I was only offered an extended check out and had to get my grandson the the Children's Hospital.

I love hilton hotels. I disliked the lack of breakfast options due to covid.
