The Paramount Hotel

Would have appreciated if surfaces were wiped down and things like light switches cleaned.

Honestly - their customer service was the best I’ve had in a while. They were courteous, super friendly and extremely helpful. They made great food recommendations and even called to make sure the place was open for us. We REALLy appreciate the hospitality!!!! We were walking distance to pretty much everything we wanted to see in Seattle. Perfect location to see the city! Just a quick walk from the link station as well.

They charged me 55 dollar for valet parking without any notice. I realized this because I don’t receive my deposit for 3 days. So I called back to ask about it and they said that we charged for valet parking.

Appreciated the fact that they acknowledged our anniversary and wrote us a nice letter and provided bottled water and chocolate, but I wish parking wasn’t 45 freakin dollars per night...everything else was great but that paid parking kills it! At least make it like 25 a night or something

Lovely hotel in a great location. One of my better stays during the pandemic. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Housekeeping available during stay. Real coffee mugs and glass drinking glasses. Ryan and Ashley went above and beyond at the front desk.

The hotel was in a very good location in downtown. The waterfront was walkable and Seattle Center was a monorail ride again. The hotel in general was very clean and the bed super comfortable! Staff was very nice. Would def stay here again.

The only reason they did not receive a perfect score, was because of their not having microwaves in their rooms. The parking is also very expensive. The room was only 90 something dollars, but the parking was $55, almost as much is the room! Doesn’t make much sense, should take their parking down by at least 50%. And of course put microwaves in their rooms.

Great spot right downtown, few minutes walk to market, shopping, food all around. Hotel was Very clean, classy, friendly employees. Room was very nice, shower had great water pressure. No complaints. Will be back.
