Very disappointed

Great customer service

I asked for a non-smoking room and they gave me one that was for non-smoking but it stank of cigarettes torn curtains, housekeeping forgot a dirty towel with which to clean the bathroom there was dust in the room very bad experience I will not return to that place

Walls are super thin, so the party that was happening down the hall was heard until they stopped. At 5:00am a dog was also heard baking until it stopped. Around 7am there was Hispanic music blasting above us and nothing was done about it.

Looks like an open space on the outside. I like the open space bathroom. Beautiful, but no hairdryer, no fitted cover on the bed.

You get what you pay for here. No bells no whistles. Just a place to sleep. The staff does there best to make u comfortable.

Back in the day it was the crown jewell. Was.

I loved the staff friendly and prompt when i ask for more linens.. Quiet and clean.. The only problem was their phone lines were down so i had to call front desk from my cell phone.

Room wasn't ready when it was supposed to be. Found garbage in the dresser and fingernail/toenail clippings on the floor. Hotel itself looked rundown and smelled. They supposedly didn't get their linen delivery so only 2 tiny hotel towels. Motel 6 would of been better.

The room was comfortable and clean enough. I believe the price was great for the location and what the hotel had to offer. However, all of the positives were outweighed by the behavior of the staff. We had a pleasant interaction with the housekeeper, but the rest of the staff was unprofessional to say the least. They had personal conversations while we were checking in, including gossiping about fellow staff. When we asked a housekeeper for some extra towels and toilet paper, she acted as if it were a burden. The same housekeeper then gave us attitude after we had already asked the front desk for a later check out time due to our child feeling sick and needing the bathroom. I understand she has a job to do, but her attitude was nothing short of childish. Great location, but would not stay here again.
