Welk Resorts Branson Hotel

Clean & Comfortable! The staff was friendly and the pool was awesome.

We have stayed here many times and keep coming back. The only issue we had was there was a half eaten cheeseburger on the floor next to the bed.

Overall it was a good place to stay. The bathroom had a strong musky/mildew smell. The beds and pillows weren't the most comfortable. Overall the pool and hot tub was really nice

So I booked the room with water park passes included. We got to the hotel and we were told that they were NOT included even though I had my receipt that said otherwise. Then they proceeded to tell us that even though we purchased the passes didn’t mean they were actually included. There was literally nothing to do at this hotel. Restaurant was closed, bar was closed, pool was closed, game room closed, NOTHING to do. The only good thing that happened was I found a different hotel to go to and the Manager at Welk said I would get a full refund because we didn’t even end up staying there, we left because of false advertisement and they knew it!!! At least they acknowledged they were in the wrong but did say there’s a glitch in the system. Huge glitch, there’s NOTHING to do for your family and your miles away from downtown!

Booked reservations with the Splash Package to find that with the COVID restrictions you have to make reservations for the pool. I actually tried to call before our trip to see what the restrictions would be and was on hold for a total of 3 hours in multiple calls. Kind of just gave up on reaching anyone at the hotel so rolled the dice and went anyways since my family were going for my birthday. Once we checked in we were put in a smaller room than our booked room, the front desk did get us moved to another room. However, the room we received was still not what we had paid for. Overall bad experience and most likely will never stay at the Welk.

Very clean rooms. My children loved the indoor pool and slide. The hotel cost was exceptionally good!! The service was great except for one desk attendant who was snooty.

The hotel and staff was great. The amenities were also very good except the game room. The game room was clean and nice but the ping pong paddles and pool sticks were in very bad shape. We plan on staying again.

My family and I stayed 1 night at the Welk resort and had the best time! Had the hotel’s availability been more open, we would have stayed longer! The resort was very nice and clean. Customer service was top notch! Upon arrival, I had requested a pack n play for our baby and they quickly delivered with clean sheets and a blanket as well. We had a king room with a pull out bed. The king bed was very comfortable! I was very pleasantly surprised to find a memory foam mattress on the pull out bed! My 3 year old and 5 year old slept comfortably on there. Usually pull out mattresses are the worst, but everyone slept comfortably! The indoor water park was so much fun! Everyone had a great time. We visited in January, so the outdoor pool and splash pad was closed, but we did enjoy the outdoor spa. It was perfect! Overall, we had a al default stay and would love to stay there again!

The staff at the front desk was great, the resort was just fine. The room was just your run of the mill room, nothing special one way or the other. The problem we had, was our room was at the end of the hall right across from the laundry room for the facility. We had housekeeping in and out of that room from the time we checked in until we left. They were loud. They woke us up several times throughout the night yelling, radios up loud, one was even singing with headphones on. We called the front desk without success, and even had to ask one guy to please turn his radio down and stop yelling on it to the front desk at 11pm. It obviously made him mad because over the next few hours he made sure to slam the door several times to make sure we could hear him. Except for that, everything else is what you would expect.

Paid extra for the kids to get to play in the pool. The pool was reserved for the entire stay. The hotel rooms are what you would expect. Bring your own pillows unless you like rocks.
