Great and clean

Had to make an impromptu stop for the night because of a snow storm. The hotel was clean with no glaring or obvious issues. Linens were clean and room was nice for the price. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. COVID breakfast was better than other hotels by this brand, I liked the variety even though it was select items. I would definitely stay there again.

The room are very out dated. Smells like smoke, furniture not clear tore up. They said because we booked through hotels.com we couldn’t get and commendations.

Worn out old looking hotel. Need a renovation badly. Most staff were wearing masks, but, not wearing them properly. No enforcement of guests not wearing masks. Took over 30 min to check in at 10pm in the night because there was no one at the counter.

I liked the location and complimentary breakfast. There were several issues with the room. The toilet ran constantly because the flushing mechanism was broken. The furniture in the room was dirty spotty and worn. Only one elevator worked. Not a good experience.

Everything was fine all except the breakfast. You should consider incorporating Drury Inn breakfast concept. Otherthan the dissatisfaction with your breakfast, my and other family members stay was very pleasant.

Friendly staff. Very clean. Close to all kinds of shopping. Right off the freeway. What else could you ask for?

Found bed bugs in our room. They weren’t gonna do there part and refund like they said.

This was my very first time staying in this part of Indianapolis. Since my family and I were only on town for the weekend, I thought this hotel would be perfect especially with it only being 15 min from my mother's house. Well needless to say this was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Don't get me wrong I've stayed at multiple Hampton Inns, but this location by far was THE WORST! The housekeepers never cleaned our room. Even after we asked for them to clean it the second night they never did. We arrived to the hotel late the second night with very sleepy young children to find out our room key wouldn't allow us to even get into the hotel because someone "accidentally" checked us out. After 20 min of explaining to the receptionist that my reservation was for another day, I even had to showed her my confirmation. We finally went up to our room to then find out our key still wouldn't work. I was so pissed by at this point! She finally used a master key, and once we were in the room we absolutely had no clean linen. As mentioned previously we asked housekeeping to clean our room earlier that day and handed her the dirty linens. In all, this was not a good experience. I have requested a refund, and made a complaint to corporate!
