The front desk of the hotel did not take my issue seriously being that I dropped my keys down there shaft. The day before waited all night to even be acknowledged of the inconvenience. And when I called to check they said if it was an emergency they would call the maintenance man and I check out today and I do not have my keys yet to even drive off the lot.

Dirty moldy restroom. I had to clean the restroom myself. Other guests were loud. Manager never got back to me and I had requested to speak to someone twice.

Everything was great! Friendliness, helpfulness, room was clean,very modern. Only thing I would change or reccomend is changing the breakfast grab bags. I understand with covid there's restrictions, so since there are kitchenettes there I would put like a frozen breakfast sandwich,waffle you could heat up in your room maybe even a bagel, you could toast in your kitchen. But other than that everything was very good! Very satisfied!

Amazing stay. Was quiet, clean and had everything I needed inside the room.

Me and my Family stayed at this hotel and the over all experience was ok. The issue that I has was the trash on the trash cans were full and left full from the day we got there Saturday evening til Sunday late morning. There was also some kind of towel that was on the hallway and was not picked up from the time we arrived and left. The hotel was updated so that was The only thing that was nice.

3 things you leave your garbage by the elevator and it took 2days to pick it up not cool thats a bug and sanitation problem waiting to happen. Next they could do better with their box breakfast . Same stuff. 3 I asked from day one everyday to use a skillet and they had none. On a good point the staff was very nice.Our room was super clean with a Lysol. No chemical smell

There was a leak from the sprinkler and left a water puddle we always stepped in. My room had no wash cloths. Also our remote was not working. Called for batteries and they never brought them so we couldn’t watch tv and last all they had for breakfast for was a nurtigrain bar
