Very clean. Great breakfast. Kind staff.

The front desk attendant, Richard, was extremely helpful and accommodating. Even though there were many restrictions due to Covid, he allowed us to eat dinner at a table in lobby. He reassured us it was not extra work for him to clean the area after we were done. The room was spotless, and many items were wrapped or labeled with "Cleaned/Sanitized". This was our first time staying at a hotel since the Covid restrictions, and we felt very comfortable.

This is my second visit to MN，and Hampton inn in Eagan MN is so great and changed all my review of this city the first time that we chose living in Continental Hotel，that hotel was a nightmare，pricy and terrible service. I will reserve Hampton inn again，I love the location，the servant，the cleanness，the free breakfast and parking，everything was right for you ，specially in this special time！

Wonderful hotel, dealing well with this unusual COVID time. On check-in we were given a King suite instead of 2 Queen standard room, but it was quickly resolved so we could have the room of our choice. Very clean, sealed doors on clean rooms, disinfectant wipes provided in the room, and choice of foods (hot and cold) provided in breakfast bags. Doing an excellent job in this unusual travel atmosphere!

I have stayed in numerous Hampton Inn hotels over the years for business mostly by this stay was pleasure. I can say without a doubt I was extremely disappointed in the hotel for the following: 1. I was not informed at check in at the hotel at check-in rooms are only cleaned once every 3 days so I ran out of wash clothes. If you are only going to clean every three days then additional towels and wash clothes should be provided. 2. I booked a handicapped accessible room and the tub did not have a stool or bench as shown in the photo so had to ask for one, it took asking three times until one was finally dropped at my room and it was so nasty and dirty you could tell it had been in storage and never cleaned. I had to thoroughly clean down the stool before I could use it. That is totally unacceptable. 3. The room was not cleaned appropriately there was dust on the TV stand and the dresser. The telephone was so grimy I had to wipe it down before I would touch it, good thing I brought my own disinfectant wipes. 4. The pool area didn’t look at it had been cleaned in quite some time especially the windows I bet haven’t been cleaned in a year. Also, my card wouldn’t work in the door so the desk person tried their fob and after about five minutes finally got in. When asked how my stay was at check out all I got was “Oh I am sorry”. At this point I’m going to have to rethink about making Hampton in my state to hotel for work in the future

Excellent staff

Employee’s were super nice...Steven was great. We checked in after midnight and he realized that we might not wake up in time for breakfast...so he got it together for us to take up to our room in order that we could sleep in a little. Property super clean

The man that checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. He even bought our luggage cart out to us! Above and beyond service!

Only down side no microwave in room, but honestly for the price i didnt even care the quality of the entire facility was great!! Sheets super soft!!

We stay here all the time. I understand Covid changed how hotels function but there were a few issues. 1) the breakfast to go bag was a joke. A piece of fruit, water bottle or yogurt would have been nice to add to the Lorna cookies and make believe muffins. 2) for the first time the pillows on the bed were old and uncomfortable 3) didn’t see any additional cleaning being done at all and I did sit in the lobby in the mornings 4) with no restaurant service - the drink and frozen food selection in the lobby was a joke. No selection
