My parents loved it. Loved the staff and the people working there. Only downfall is the parking.

Charming little motel close to Hollywood beach.

Tiana is a small motel in a cool little neighborhood about a block from Hollywood beach. Owner was great and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. When we got there the owner met us to let us know there was a problem. They had a plumbing issue and we would be unable to use bathroom, stay ruined-right? No, he had arraigned an alternative bath for us and made it as convenient as possible. We appreciated the effort and it was only a mild inconvenience. The Hotel is super clean and full of charm. We will defiently be staying here again if in Hollywood.

Nice location. Walk to restaurants.

Nice location. Heavy chemical smell when walking into room that does not go away. Parking was $20 after we got a ticket for parking beside the hotel. Room is concrete floors and nice bed. Full kitchen.

Great location, comfortable and clean

We booked based on previous reviews and location being only a block from the broadwalk. Our room was on backside of the building Unit 1, which had some main road noise at night, but not bad. Location was indeed perfect, and AJ from office was extremely helpful with parking, beach chairs, etc. There was no daily cleaning services, which was fine for our 3-day stay. Had all appliances you could ask for, especially loved the fast hot water heating appliance and coffee and espresso at machines. Very comfortable and safe location.

Cute little place!

Check in was super easy—out room key was in a lock box right outside the office. We parked right in front of the building, grabbed our key and we’re on our way to the room! The room was spacious and very clean. The description is accurate—no frills hotel with clean beds and room! No bugs, very clean and a super location! The manager was very friendly, offered help with our bags and parking. About a one minute walk to the beach, if that! Beach chairs and towels were provided, as were soap and shampoo, Starter kitchen supplies and everything we needed. Would definitely nooooo it rly stay there again!

Great little place to stay!

So when we vacation a $400/night resort with valet service, expensive onsite spa’s, overpriced onsite restaurants with poor to mediocre quality food are not important to me. What is important is a great location in a vibrant area, friendly patrons, walking distance to tasty dining and bars and all this at a very low price…. If this is you, then definitely check out the Tiana beach inn. You get the perfect location on Hollywood Beach. The room has every amenity you need including a full kitchen, nice bathroom, plenty of closet space with hangers, shelving. Also they have complementary in room coffee, beach towels and chairs. I will book this place each time I visit south Florida. Highly recommended property

The staff was very friendly and helpful. A.J. gave advice on area activities and restaurants. The Tiana Beach Inn is just seconds away from the Broadwalk and beach, and is at the quieter north end, making for a great place to say. The unit was very clean. We would definitely stay again!

Cute places with stove, microwave and fullsize fridge as well as cooking and eating utensils if you are having an extended stay. Very short walk to the beach and many shopping/eating spots!
