Courtyard by Marriott Tampa North/I-75 Fletcher

Hotel is in need of a lot of repairs and updates! Some of the celling in the lobby area is molded and falling down due to being wet. The ice machine doesn’t work! The room, the smoke detector was covered with a bag, the shower curtain looked like it had blood on it, And you could hear EVERYTHING!! The walls are paper thin and it’s impossible to sleep with the noise of the people staying and the traffic outside. Not one that I would recommend to anyone :-/

Overall, the stay was fine. The beds were too soft for our backs, but otherwise everything was fine. A hats off to the night manager who helped me get some ice for my son's ankle. Very helpful!

Employees were very respectful but the room wasn’t clean

Booked this hotel based off the price, Courtyard Marriott hotel brand reputation and the room I THOUGHT I was going to get. The room description specifically said my room would have a balcony and once again it did not. I have since cancelled further stays I had booked with Courtyard Marriott for upcoming trips. The laundry service was out of order and the woman working the desk was very rude about informing me that I wasn’t going to be able to wash our clothing while staying there. The room was fine, windows were so filthy I could barely see out of them and maintenance left their little turbo heater in our room.

Bathroom was dirty Radiator air control out dated No food service No rom cleaning except every 2 days

Bathroom light very dark, only 1 bath towel provided, shower drained slow.

Staff was very nice. The room was not so, with stains all over carpet

Old salad was left in the fridge,ice bucket had old water bag ,the light by the bathroom was dimmed .

Check in super! Room was ok but horrible lighting and stains on carpets disgusting. When asked for towels was treated poorly by day desk. Barked at us on way out to drop keys. Coffee not n room snd the lobby decanter out with no 👎 intent to refill.

Every thing was nice as expected.
