It was awful. The first room, dirty and overwhelmed smoke smell. Second room, filthy and smelled like mold. Third room we stayed in, but the pictures are from that room. The lobby and outside looked ok, but the elevator smelled of urine, you could see it on the walls, the floor was sticky with God knows what. The third room smelled ok, which is why we stayed, but it was gross. There was something smattered on the wall by the bed, the floor was so dirty we had to put towels down to walk on them. No toilet paper, not even a holder. As we were leaving the next morning, saw the mattress, where it looks like blood had seeped all the way through. We tried to find something else that night at another hotel, through hotels.com, but some event must have been in the area that weekend, the only hotels that came up were for $800 to $5000 a night! We had to stay local because our flight was at the airport a mile away at 6am. Worst place we ever stayed. We used our points and redeemed them, we actually hope you give our points back.

It was dirty, dangerous, sketchy, awful smell, DO NOT stay there, not safe

We mainly booked this hotel because they advertise having a free airport shuttle to & from the nearby airport. Well, be warned: they DO NOT run the shuttle service during COVID-19 times so we had to pay for Ubers instead. Disappointing :( This place is affordable but the rooms are kind of outdated. Our tv screen had a crack along that top that shone bright light through, nbd tho, we weren't there to watch tv. However, the second bed smelt like wet towels. That musty smell when you leave a load of towels in the washing machine and forget about them. Ew. Also, the carpet in the room was sort of sticky - it didn't feel clean and gross on bare feet. The shower wouldn't stop dripping and the hot setting was cold water and the cold setting gave hot water. Loud tenants too - some girls walked by our room at 4am screaming and laughing so loud it woke my bf up (& he's a heavy sleeper). The pool area was nice. Parking lot seemed sketchy - good thing we didn't bring a car. Also the elevator smelled like a port-a-potty; we used the open-air stairways the whole stay bc of this. Overall a very disappointing stay. You'd be better off choosing a different hotel.

Horrible , everything was horrible . Is not safe there is please smoking outside their doors I felt like in a hood movie . We coundt stay there .

Pool and reception is good but no room cleaning ! It gets done every other day except mondays. So you could go 3 days without fresh towels and sheets. No breakfast ! Also watch out the guys in the parking lot . Not the safest place to be .

The room was not properly cleaned and equipped. They falsely advertised 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper. They were full beds and no sofa. They only had 2 towels and when we called for towels and toilet paper they kept passing the buck between the front desk and housekeeping. They offered free breakfast but ran out in the first 30 min. And the wifi kept dropping. Just very poor customer service. We were in town for a funeral so reservations were last minute. But never again and the pool wasn’t properly clean either.

It’s a okay hotel for the price and location it could look a little better. My room was hard to find because it wasn’t no room number on the door. The AC heater didn’t work and no microwave in some rooms. Call front desk to get a room with a microwave was told no rooms has them but I saw about 4 vacant rooms with them. I won’t stay there again.

We were here for just a night. The staff were good. There was no breakfast available due to covid. The rooms were clean and neat. For the location and price point, it was a decent stay. There was no dirt or anything out of place in the room. The beds were comfy
