Perfect location downtown San Diego, restaurants with in walking distance.

Nice clean place.This is my second time stay in this hotel.

The front desk attendant Omar was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and in great condition (looks new). The only downfall was that I specifically booked with hotels.com because there was an option with a bay view and a bathtub. We did have a bay view, but we were told none of their rooms have bathtubs so that option should not have been listed as an available one when its time to pick a room option

Everything was great! Except for the A/C in the room. It doesn’t let you go lower that 68 degrees

Very pleasant experience. Would be better if no restrictions due to Covid19, gym closed, bar closed, etc. Also didn't realize the room is not cleaned not towels replaced without requesting.

You have to call the hotel for them to open the garage gate everytime to park. Everything on proper was closed sue to covid, friendly staff !

Parking was not desirable. First the check in girl mumbled that the garage was 3 lefts away, (whatever that meant), valet not available and parking was $25 a night. Once you make the ‘3 lefts’ you have to call the hotel to buzz you in. You’d think with that setup, there would be a specific number or intercom to quickly buzz you in, but no! You actually have to call the main hotel number, sit through the recorded options, wait to speak to someone then be buzzed in. Literally sitting at the gate for 5 minutes! Unacceptable in my opinion. Once in the room, it was nice and the bed was super comfy.

Family friendly, staff was super nice, clean and close to Zoo which is why we visited San Diego. We walked to Little Italy for dinner.

Parking The cost was extremely high Fridays are considered a weekend brings the cost up even more went from 25 a day to 40 a day alternative to parking park on the street with a homeless person sleeping on the sidewalk trying to walk down that sidewalk late at night to the hotel It’s something you should consider I did not see security or a bellMan at the door that would make you feel a bit safer the rooms were lovely the hotel was nice I enjoyed it very much thank you Christina

Pretty much all of the amenities did not work our whole stay. We were not notified when our room was ready and felt like we constantly had to bug them about it.
