Caribe Royale Orlando

I felt very safe staying at this resort during COVID. I appreciate the extra health precautions in place. It is a beautiful setting so I felt I never had to leave the property to feel on vacation. The quality food onsite also made my stay very enjoyable.

Excellent resort. Great pool and water slide for kids. Nice room. Very close to all attractions in Orlando.

Mr. Steven Brown made our stay even better with his great customer service. Such a kind gentleman. Wish there were more people like him in the world. The stay was perfect. Hotel was clean and overall social distancing was good. I would go back in a heartbeat.

When we arrived we were not offered any upgrades or VIP rewards. The bathroom shower head had a lot of build up so the pressure was poor. The bathtub/shower was very dingy and looked very old. It was not our typical disney hotel experience that we arebus to at all. There wer very limited options for food and the amenities were limited to the pool. It was pur Anniversary weekend and we had hoped for a much better experience.

Room was amazing value and resort is clean and beautiful.

Overall the stay here was alright, definitely a good value and alternative to the crazy expensive Disney resorts. There’s a few abnormalities worth mentioning, one being that you have to specifically request getting your suite cleaned and nobody told us and when I dialed the operator they were rather condescending and told me I received a paper with instructions. Okay but does everybody read those? It would take 2 seconds for somebody at check in to mention it instead I had to deal with a room not made up for days. The staff was very nice apart from that tho, the food was decent and the security staff were fantastic finding a lost purse in no time. The rooms were spacious but not exactly modern or well equipped. No outlets on bedside lamps or USB or anything, just an awkwardly placed outlet behind the bed. The jacuzzi in the room was a welcome addition after long walks around theme parks. The lobby was clean and nicely decorated for the holidays, and the hot tubs were closed due to Covid restrictions. Overall, good value, not a lot of frills but if you’re looking for a non-themed style resort at a good value it’s definitely alright. Parking was $10/day.

We really enjoyed our stay for the week. We had a family trip to Disney. Very easy access to all parks and Disney Springs. We will come back soon.

Rooms are dark tone and funky looking. Makes it hard to tell if the room had been cleaned well. The rugs in the room need shampooing very dingy looking.

Hotel was very clean. A little dated but still nice. Didn’t appear to have a lot of employees I’m sure that was due to COVID. made the lines kind of long at times but we understood. Pillows were a little hard. Heat wasn’t really working in our room. Overall a good experience. Would like to come back after COVID is gone.
