Very clean, and perfect for us!

We chose this hotel because of the high ratings of cleanliness due to COVID, even though it was more than we usually spend on an overnight stay and had been happy with our stays at other Hamptons. The room was very clean and staff did wear masks. However, a few things will keep us from returning. The main reason is that the location is not easily accessible from the interstate and not easy to get to. The boxed breakfast, was not good and the coffee bar was not attended to. We don't mean to be picky, however, other Hamptons seem to have a better level of service and, for the price, we expected the same or better.

No on site breakfast. TV had spots. No housekeeping. I’ve stayed at better summer camps than this. No where did they tell us prior to arrival all of the things they weren’t doing because of the virus. If I wanted to make my own bed and go after my on towels I would have stayed elsewhere at a much cheaper price. Very disappointed with Hilton and won’t consider staying at a Hampton Inn again.

Everything was great until checkout. The front office didn’t offer the breakfast that was included. That morning I realized I left a shirt, hairbrush, my prescription glasses and a bottle of prescription medicine there. I called the front desk and told them my name and room number she said nothing had been turned in. I find that very suspicious

Very clean and Covid friendly. Staff wonderful. Little more expensive than I wanted but ratings on other hotels in the area were awful. Would return.

This hotel did an amazing job making us feel safe during Covid. Rooms were clean and updated, Lobby smelled clean and fresh, elevators had a box of tissues to use to push buttons. Would highly recommend this hotel. They are going above and beyond during Covid. Felt safe.

King size beds needs king sizes pillows, I stayed in room 405, and someone right around us opened and slammed door Saturday night from nine pm till 11 pm , it was so loud. Kept waking up the baby. Really pissed me off.

One of the cleanist & nicest places we've ever stayed. Easy check in , all amenities were great. Felt safe & vehichles secure. Close to all the restaurants & shopping.

I found out from a friend I could have requested a breakfast sandwich to take to the room. Wished I’d knew that, went to Panera for breakfast.
