Quality Inn And Suites Vancouver

We had carpenters stay two weeks in the last month. Last night of this stay one of our carpenters got a couple rows of bug bites that his doctor told him we’re big bites. The property offered us a free night but they say they tore the place apart

At the beginning of this year I organised a road-trip up the western coast of the USA, sadly covid hit and I have had to rearrange the holiday to 2021, all of the other 7 hotels I booked were happy to rearrange the dates EXCEPT for this one, I would have happily paid a fee for the change but they still refused. Due to this neither my Company or my family will be using Quality Inns in the future.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night while on a small road trip. The lobby and our room were clean. Masks are required inside public areas, and there are signs to facilitate social distancing. The staff was very friendly. The room smelled very strongly of cleaning supplies when we arrived, but it wasn't too much of a problem. The bed was super comfy and the sheets were very soft. The room was absolutely huge as well. For breakfast they offered a small selection of individually wrapped pastries, some fruit, some yogurt, and juice and coffee. Overall, I'd say the price is good for what you get here. The pool and hot tub looked like they would be awesome, but are currently closed unfortunately. I think I would stay here again once things open back up!

Our stay was very good. Although being on a main road, it was quiet. Due to the virus, we were not able to use the pool area and hot tub.

Decent place to stay, friendly staff, overall could benefit from an upgrade.

I liked how big our room was for the low price we paid. The bed was great too. Staff is good, owner was outstanding, and my pet fee was super low and covered all my pets without charging for each one.
