Quality Inn & Suites Kansas City I-435N Near Sports Complex

They had no housekeepers on staff and i was not able to get the room i paid for.

Disgusting, Decrepit, Decaying. A truly awful, rundown rotting motel at the end of a dead end weed and garbage strewn, street. Entire place vilely redolent of mold and mildew, with an in vain attempt to mask the olfactory assault with an even more offensive wretched perfume of some sort. First bed was filthy and PUBIC HAIR was in evidence on stained sheets, requesting another room, exchange was (reluctantly) made to a nearby room. Same odor, ceiling was falling in, tub was rust stained and filthy, 1 stained towel...THERE IS NOTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THIS STAY, THIS PROPERTY, OR THE PEOPLE THAT RUN THIS ATROTIOUS PLACE... KEEP DRIVING, STAY IN YOUR CAR... CHECK INTO THE HOMELESS SHELTER IF YOU MUST... IT WOULD STILL BE BETTER, CLEANER AND LIKELY SAFER THAN HERE!!!!!

The shape of this hotel is not at all like the ratings or stars or the pictures. Everything is much worse. Staff is friendly but room was in very bad shape. Holes in sheets, mold all over in bathroom, gum on walls, sticky carpet and loud uncomfortable beds.

This is about my 3rd review of this Inn. I want to like it because its not totally bad but very old and dated with the look and furniture. This time the room was cleaner and the carpet. The bathroom was also clean but the tub is old so it can only get so clean looking. I would say its an improvement from the first two reviews. I don't know how many more times I will go there its just really close to my terminal as far as travel. I just hope they keep working on getting better. Check-in is always nice the people are fine.

It smelled like s*** everywhere in thd hotel. First room i got the shower was broke, the tub was flooded, and the water came out red or brown. The heater didnt work, and the room also smelled like s***. Was given another room but it also smelled. ONLY STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE A THOT YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT, ALL ITS GOOD FOR.

This place is awful. Doors dont work. Dirty. Ran down. No cups in room.

Very very outdated. Hallways smell like cigarette smoke. Sketchy area.

My clothes got stolen from here and it is dirty they let homeless people sleep in the halls it's insane

Absolutely hated almost everything about this place it was dirty and disgusting, the whole place wreaked of cigarettes and marijuana. I do believe I should get every penny I paid for this place back plus pain and suffering for having two endure two nights at this place.
