Location was excellent- especially with all the Noisy work at the waterfront

We had an awesome stay here, the staff were super friendly and although the room was right near the lift, it was quiet and there wasn't a lot of noise. We had a city facing room so it was nice to see the hustle and bustle of Auckland. Construction work going on next door so may be a little noisy in terms of outside noise. Good walking distance to the pier and into CBD.

My room was unbelievably small! You might as well not even have a gym if all you can do is shove a few machines into a tiny room. It didn’t even have any mats for stretching or other exercises. I won’t stay here again.

Fantastic location. Don't know if it's hotel policy or whether the housekeeping staff just forgot but the sanitary bag and drinking chocolate and tea bags were not replaced... otherwise our stay was more or less perfect.

During the stay, one event was going on, very noisy. when I called the front desk, they offered me earplug.

Great location. Room had everything we needed and more. Entire hotel was spotless, and every member of staff we spoke to went out of their way to make sure we were happy.

We liked what the hotel had to offer, location to the wharf was #1. They even have all the nice touches that make it a five star, robes, slippers, glassware (not disposable cups) for ones coffee or tea (including milk), and nice toiletry needs. We did have a problem which, if they had settled it in a timely matter the first evening of our stay, would not have lead to a set of unfortunate instances the following day. To their credit, they did their best to rectify the problem; however, it was just a little too late in our situation since our stay was so short. Other pluses include location to restaurants. One other bonus is the bus to and from the airport stops outside the hotel.

We booked a deluxe ocean view room for two nights. The room wasn’t ready when we checked in at 5pm! They made us wait for a full hour (they forgot about us, we had to go back to reception and ask again). The room had been cleaned in a hurry. There was dust covering EVERYTHING. Toiletries weren’t fully stocked up. We were on the top floor on level 12 and the room had mould/water damage on the ceiling. The decor is very out dated. The view to the harbour was blocked by buildings. The entire building has chips, paint coming off and looks in need of some serious repair. The location is good but that’s where it ends. An extremely over priced hotel and not worth it. The pictures are heavily photoshopped, don’t be fooled.
