This hotel is great for the money you pay. This is the second time I have stayed here and I would stay again.

The beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast was just grab and go. We had to get bedding for the pull out couch as it wasnt in the room. Room was a little small.

First impression when i walked in looked great! 2 people ahead of me for check in. Took 14 minutes before my turn to check in, another 7 minutes. Lady who checked me in not wearing a mask. Took 4 minutes of inserting my key before door opened. Bathroom dirty, little curly black hairs all over shower walls, soap tray. Toilet had fecal matter dried inside of bowl, under toilet seat. Dried urine under toilet seat and all over bowl. Asked for it to get cleaned before i used it. Asked staff about stain on wall, got a response about a different person from another wall who vomited all over the walls drunk. Room was not very clean, bed was comfortable, seen breakfast bar that was nice. Upon checkout i asked the lady if she needed my name she said nope, just put your keys in the bucket...not very friendly. Would not recommend, but hey used q-tips were on the hallway floor and chip bags, good place to put your trash i guess

It is an ok budget hotel. I would stay again. COVID-19 really takes away from staying at hotels. You just don't get what you pay for.

My daughters and I drove to Fort Wayne 6 hours early (we were there to pick up family from the airport) and we were so excited to go swimming. Nowhere on the site did it say the pool was closed. We’ve stayed in Elkhart 4 weeks ago and a comfort inn and their pool was open so I feel this had nothing to do with Covid. We got into our room and the walls were so dirty. Handprints and smear marks all over. The extremely old couch was stained and looked super gross so I wouldn’t allow my kids to even sit on it. We sat on one bed and it was nice and typical of a firm hotel bed, I moved to the other and it was hard as a rock and you could feel and hear the springs in it. My youngest decided she would take a bath since we couldn’t go swimming but there was no bathtub. We ended up in a handicapped room even though on Expedia there was 20 rooms available. We were so excited to see how nice it was going to be inside since they have been remodeling for the last few years and we had stayed at this location several times. We ended up checking out at 10 pm when we went to pick my mom up from the airport. We decided to drive the hour home. Staff was very friendly and apologetic about the pool . They asked if we received a Text message notifying us about the pool and we had not. When my mom was calling the location to let them know the girls and I would be checking in before her arrival, she spoke directly with the front desk 4 different times and never once did they mention the pool.

Great value. Nice breakfast. Nice people working there.

Close to everything we were there for. Great restaurants close by. Easy to get to.

Upon check in i was informed they don't accept cash. They need to put this out there for people to be aware.

I had constant problems with the key card room lock, and had to get help from the front desk, and even they had problems. It was very frustrating.
