I spent extra money to stay at a nicer hotel for the night. I’m so glad I did, my room was so nice and exactly what I needed to be able to relax. I felt completely safe by myself (my first overnight trip by myself (female 21)). I even ventured to the pool. Only down side was that I didn’t have a microwave in my room and had to walk a fair distance to get to a microwave I could use, but felt safe to do so.

Nice hotel. I didn’t like that the main elevator was broken. It didn’t go to the 4th floor. So I had to use the stairs or take the other elevator. The other elevator was further down the elevator. My room was close to the elevator.

Quick and friendly

The outside of the building could use some updates but the dates are within the rooms and the entire inside of the Hotel. Front staff and manager were quick and friendly in checking me in and fixing an issue (I created) without any hesitation. I would stay here again for sure.

The Delta itself was pretty nice. Seamless checkin, clean room. Didn’t like having to walk around the entire property to re-enter when stepping out to smoke a cigarette. No re-entrance even with key. Still waiting for the $50 incidentals withholding to be released back to my card. I only drank one bottle of, what I think was complimentary, water.

The staff was very friendly. We really liked the set up of the room as the bedroom was far enough from the door that we didn’t have a lot of hallway noise. The only improvement that we would make would be for the Provision Center to have in stock more of the items that were on their menu.

Crummy experience for a nice hotel.

Paid too much for this room!! The suite set wasn’t good at all-only place to hang pjs, pair of pants, etc was next to the door & not in bedroom area, closet area only had hangers which we used for dress clothes needed for wedding we were there for. (Needs a small chair in that area-not just a bench at end of bed.) Only a 5 inches wide shelf under TV to put something on besides bedside tables; only drawers were in front part of suite by the door. Bathroom hooks-1 on back of door was small & up too high for short people, the only other hook was on small wall between tub & stool & needs tightening-towels hard time hanging on it; only towel bar was small one by sink. Thermostat didn’t work & had to be replaced; single serv Keurig coffee maker didn’t work. Restaurant was small but nice, but the only time I used it was just after we checked in & dealing with the disappointing room stuff-didn’t have basil for the caprese salad I really wanted; ordered a regular salad & the blue cheese dressing wasn’t good at all. Bartender (she also worked the front desk the next day) was very nice & took care of us with several issues we had for our 2 day. Flooring in lobby & bathrooms off that-are not good at all!! Any damp/wet areas were slippery-I almost fell numerous times.

Horrible stay!

AC didn’t work correctly in all three of our rooms, including the other wedding parties rooms. The hotel offered other rooms, which were hot, and AC not working correctly either. No real help from the hotel staff, and called the GM and not yet had a returned call. Horrible experience! Will be filling a change back unless something is done
