The Westin Princeton at Forrestal Village

Good room

The entire hotel's air conditioning system was not working. The room was extremely warm, stuffy and unconfortable to sleep in.

We were advised when we checked in that the AC wasn’t working as well and it maybe a little warm and it was.

Dirty outside foyer extremely unwelcoming along with the fact that the air conditioning in the hotel was broken! So had to find another hotel at 9 pm with two young kids! Not fun at all

This hotel was amazing. Only complaint was there was a weird smell is some of the hallways and main lobby, but overall they were beyondddddd accommodating. I attended on a group trip and they were so helpful with everything the staff was friendly and very nice area. This was definitely a 5.0 hotel. Thank you Westin for having such a diverse staff and being so great. We will be staying again ☺️

We stayed here this past weekend, I have to say it was absolutely pleasant. Everything was accommodating and will most definitely come back again.

Towels were dirty or stained and when waking down the hallway saw housekeeping “cleaning” A guest room with the door wide open and the cleaning person did not have their mask on! Not good, nor Covid compliant. Bin in room under sink where guest towels were placed was stained/dirty. Hotel sundry shop was a ripoff. No need to gouge people especially when room service was not available.. Bed linens clean. Bed comfortable. Good tv. Would look for alternate options next time

We had 2 double bed rooms and the size of them were small without a whole lot of room to walk around. Place was clean and well kept.

A great facility and very hospital staff. A great stay.

We had a slight problem with checking into our room, the sheets were discovered to be slightly dirty. However, the maintenance manager and front desk clerk worked together to make sure we were moved to a clean room without hesitation. Gordon also even helped us move our bags and made sure we were comfortable and settled when that wasn't required of him at all. The Westin is a beautiful hotel and great experience. It is located within walking distance of Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and was a very quiet and relaxing stay. We only wished that the pool was open for use. Overall really impressed with our stay!
