Days Inn by Wyndham Copperas Cove

Overall it was a good stay as you know because of COVID the indoor pool was closed and the morning breakfast buffet wasn’t running. But I was very cozy and clean.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, cozy.

Bed was hard pool was closed and didn't serve breakfast. Overall was an ok stay

Beds were cheap extremely thin mattress for a king bed. If you want a cheap place to stay just for sleep that’s it

To be honest the only positive was the lady during the day that gave me extra blanket and mattress pad because the beds were so very hard it felt like I was sleeping on the box spring itself I ended up going across the street to purchase a air mattress for me to sleep on. But before that was the front deck guy who was very rude making the whole check in process longer then it should be and decided to change my room because I had my 2 daughters with me saying they will be too loud for other guests. I will never stay or recommend this location but I will stay at other days inn which I have in the past

All was good except the surprise $35 a night for the dog. Seemed awful high as room was only $60 and didn’t see a pet rate anywhere when booking.

Good place to stay. Needs a few updates but overall very clean and comfortable. Staff is very nice.

The bathroom was dirty had hairs from I guess someone shave behind the door and the water would not drain from tub! They did change us to another room but still dirty bathroom pubic hair on floor and water didn’t drain was no point asking just next time I bring a broom and dust pan and also they wanted a deposit in case we messed up room I didn’t know that first time we had to leave one!

Booked for two nights, some how it only took one night. When checking in we were not made aware of this error. Hotel Manager banged on door the next day, and when we opened he told my husband, very loud and rude-check out was at noon. I said we booked for two nights he said NO I can show you come down stairs. I looked on my confirmation he was correct. Expedia was offering 68.99 a night, we ended up paying full price for second night, which was over $110.place was freshly painted and clean or so it seemed. When we got home on Sunday, I was taking a shower when I noticed some bits, I asked my husband if he had any and sure enough he did too, his stomach and ankle, as were mine....... we had been bitten by BED BUGS. I don't care what Great Deals Expedia offers me, I will Never staying there again.

The tvs did not work in both rooms i got. The bath tubs were also falling apart by the faucets. The beds were very hard. And i found a trash and even a pair of socks in one of our rooms.
