Quality Inn

Very old and very trashy. Pics are out dated

I reserved room 5 days before. I get there to check in there was no room available that I reserved. I had to sit and wait over a hour for them to find a room.

Employees outside smoking weed when I arrived, given a false location of my room, had to walk the perimeter of the building to find my room. Non smoking room reeked of cigarettes already, broken door barely shut. Lines and such were clean at least

At first the night clerk could not find my reservation. Fortunately I had my confirmation number. It seemed she did not want to be bothered. The morning clerk was great and breakfast was nice. The room needed some updating and the toilet handle needed to be replaced. The room was quiet. Ok for my purpose as I was driving through.

Hotel was much better than I had expected for the price I paid. Breakfast was offered and served in an very safe manner. Staff was very welcoming and courteous. Well worth the stay and I would very well stay here again if ever in the area.

The staff were really nice and helpful. I wish that the breakfast would have been open despite covid.

Employees were smoking weed in the lobby. The room was definitely rented by the hour. Beds were used. Trash and dirty tampon in the garbage can. Used soap in the shower. Dried up food on the table. Room door was open when we arrived. I do not recommend. I refused to stay there. Hope I get a refund.
