Electrical issue no sleep no regard

My stay was fine but I was disappointed in the customer service one of the nights I did not sleep at all and I was very tired on the next day I was travelling for business and had some meetings there was an electrical problem in my room and the lights would not stay off they continue to be on all night so I did not sleep well the next day I went and told the desk and they had it fixed and it took the Serviceman a good 30 /45 minutes to fix it they did not compensate me anything for the night before they said I should’ve called them well I wasn’t gonna call downstairs at two in the morning I was very tired after attending a convention all week.

We loved this hotel. The location was perfect, staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and updated, and the bed was so comfortable. Will be back.

Great spot with great staff and a wonderful breakfast buffet. Negatives are that rooms are not cooled adequately and if you open windows or doors the area is very very noisy.

Good location but only book the larger rooms

I spent four nights at this hotel - three nights in a larger room overlooking the plaza, and one night in an interior facing room. Advice - do not book the smaller rooms. Whereas the plaza facing room felt spacious and well designed, the smaller room was awkwardly designed with no space around the bed itself, and felt claustrophobic. I like the hotels location - in the middle of a very busy social area walkable to most sights. I didn't eat at the restaurant and the roof bar was closed when I went to see it. Staff were friendly enough and efficient.

We only stayed one night and let me tell you, it was fabulous. The front desk greets you with a great welcome (other hotels in Spain really don’t), the lobby is impressive and the room…. Awesome! We had a room view with a balcony and it was the best. We left the doors open at night and enjoyed the breeze. The room was fully stocked with all the goodies. The bed, so comfortable. I only wish I had 2-3 more nights there. We will be back. Thank you. #Clydeafornia was here and loved it

Superb location. Very cozy and fancy. Comfortable parking! The lady at the check in was very nice but the one at checkout was a bit**h. Totally staying there again.
