Quality Inn & Suites Airport

The neighborhood was a bit sketchy. The room was fine if you need to catch a morning flight but otherwise I wouldn't recommend.

Worst hotel ever been , dirty room , bad smell , rusted racks and shelves , phone out of order , loud and noisy A/C unit that can't let you sleep at night , rude receptionist that won't listen to you to make visiter satisfied and happy and much more .

Very disappointed.... No shuttle to the airport as stated in the internet. This is the number 1 reason why I booked here. No breakfast either yet again it was posted on the website The room is small, dark and out dated.

When we checked in, there was a group of like8 people sitting outsidd being loud and smoking their blunts. It was 10 at night and i was ready for bed. I go to lay down, move the pillows and there was mouse poop under my pillows. My daughter checked her bed and had mouse poop under hers too. It was disgusting

The room was fantastic. Staff was super friendly . Lived how spacious it wad.

Bed covers had dried red bodily fluids spots all around and all the staff did was offer to switch the sheets and the shower clogs, don't stay here

Staff were friendly and helpful! Room was spacious and clean. It was conveniently located right behind a MAX light rail station with a line going to the airport.

The entire vibe of this hotel is a little seedy. The front looks like a seedy hotel and front desk person is behind safety glass. The walls in the hotel were dirty and there were tiny holes and empty spaces where paintings had once been. The beds were clean and I liked that the beauty mirror and sink were not in the bathroom. It was my first night in Portland and because of the hotels good reviews, I figured this must be typical for Portland. It's not.. We stayed in much nicer hotels in the area for the same price. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again.

Check in was easy. Web site doesn't state that the airport transfers are not running. Had to rent a car for an extra day. Room could have been cleaner. Dirty phones. but the rest of the room was fine

As always staff was friendly, clean room.
