Great weekend get away. Had a beautiful room and the pool was so relaxing!

Check in was easy. Room was clean, bathroom needs to be updated. Shower head leaked, no vent in bathroom. Air conditioner would not stay at the temp set on thermostat. Kept going up to 75. Elevator needs to be checked. Beds were comfortable and pillows were nice. People above me woke me up at 3 in the morning talking very loudly and yelling, plus playing loud music

Bugs in the bed

Found bugs in our bed sheets. Hotel Registration Clerk rude and after I showed her photos of the dead bugs said they were not bed bugs and that they came from the “outside” then changed her story and said they were not bugs at all, just dirt. Sent photos to manager with email. I hope the manager responds.

2 Star Accommodation at 4 Star Price

Stayed for one night. This is a 2 star hotel at best and for $200 a night we expected much more. Rooms and common areas smelled musty, carpets were old and dingy, workout facility had no air or fans or sanitizer. We are from south Florida so I understand how places can be musty; however this is not at the beach and the smell is much worse than normal. The little interaction we had with staff was OK. Not friendly but not rude. Will look for different accommodations next time we are in the Ocala area.

The staff were mediocre at best as they had nothing to say when we checked in, didn't let us know about any amenities at the hotel. Our room was also dirty to the point we considered leaving. There were what appeared to be cigarette burns on the carpet by the bathroom, the toilet was not clean, the shower curtain had rips in it and the room smelled like mildew and mold. The a/c was set at 68 but never went below 73. Will never visit this hotel again

1 star hotel

Do not recommend, no housekeeping service, had to ask for extra towels and toilet paper, needed to take the trash out myself, room was outdated, no towels in the pool area, other than the lobby it was dirty overall, trash cans located by the entrance doors are open so squirrels were in them looking for food and one of them jumped on my daughter when she opened the door, please stay away from this place, plenty of other hotels in Ocala.
