Not ideal for family stay

This hotel is overwhelmingly large and unfortunately only had 2 folks at the front desk. My prepaid reservation could. it be located in the system and took them an hour to fix the issue. There is also a starbucks on premise but they closed for several hours 1-5 during the day which didn’t make any sense. Not ideal for family more of just a spot for corporate / catered events.

Not what I was hoping for.

No valet parking, needs major upgrading in the rooms, bar needs upgrading, person checking me in was an ass to me and I still don’t get it. Food was decent

The room was not cleaned and had previous guests garbage everywhere and the bed was dirty, a hot mess. When I went to complain, they informed me that their system was down and they couldn’t put me in any rooms and will need to wait in the lobby. After 40 mins of waiting they put me in another room, without offering an apology or a discount. This caused me to be late for my client meeting and was not a pleasant experience.

During the convention we couldn't find water. They ran out of water bottles. Also the Starbucks wouldn't give us water. So I was very dehydrated and that's not good being anemic and mad that the Starbucks wouldn't give us water when they should. They are a definitely off brand Starbucks. Everything else was pretty good.

I was there for a convention from a Thursday afternoon to a Sunday morning.There were no restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, besides the one in the hotel. The hotel restaurant only offered a buffet for all meals, although there was a menu posted downstairs. They were never busy. I had the breakfast once and dinner twice. Breakfast was fine but dinner was mediocre. Friday I had lunch from the food truck that was outside and Saturday I spent the day eating snacks, and got dinner from the food truck. There were also no stairs that were available to hotel guests. The space was much to small for the convention and it was often very difficult to move around.

Ahort stays are ok

Rooms needed some modernization, missing usbs plugs, upgraded tv and the carpet needed aome refreshing. It was vlean but not worth what I paid for the night. I was disappointed that I had to pay $14 a day to park in the middle of no where central.
