Very clean! Nice flooring. I hate carpet in a hotel room.

It was horrible staff was horrible everything about it makes me uncomfortable very very very professional service and the room was dirty. Both women at front desk are rude as it gets.

Ice machine was broken but otherwise was ok

We had a problem with our heat and they moved us to another room. The free breakfast was very good. They started serving breakfast the day we arrived. There was no juice but was told that it was a problem of the supplier not delivering the juice.

My trip was great. Comfortable & quiet. Great relaxation.

Nice hotel. Cheaper then the others and was just as nice. Will stay again in the future!

First of all, the pictures on the website are misleading as it shows inside entrance, which is what we thought we were going to have, but then we ended up with an outside entrance - this was the first disappointment. We got to our room, and there are mold/mildew spots on the ceiling and the sheets had mold/mildew spots on it. I went to the front desk to ask for another room and the lady said that she could give us another set of sheets. So me and my wife had to change the sheets on the bed ourselves - second disappointment. In the shower, the hot water doesn’t get very hot - more like warm - third disappointment. The towels and wash clothes were not white and look like they are stained and need to be replaced - fourth disappointment. The TV is too small - fifth disappointment. Will not stay here again.

This was THE worst hotel we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in some major dives. We woke up in the middle of the night to a large bug crawling on us. Are you kidding me?! There were 2 towels, one wash cloth, and a hand towel for our family of 4. No extra rolls of toilet paper so we had to ration off the squares. It’s 2020-we should be used to that I guess. There were stains all over the bedding and condoms in the drawers which my kids found. But hey gotta be safe. I get that. They say you get what you pay for but this isn’t even worth THAT. They should be paying us to stay there! I am appalled that it has received the positive reviews that it did. Hotels.com should not allow this hotel to be on their list of options. Absolutely disgusting.

I would rate it higher except, we were woken early in the morning by housekeeping. They wanted to know if we were checking out, we only booked for one night. They should have checked the register not pounded on my door.
