Quality Inn & Suites Sevierville - Pigeon Forge

I arrived on Christmas Day with my family and a pet. I walk in with reservations and the lady behind the desk ask are you traveling with a pet I say yep. Then she replies “I’m gonna have to cancel your reservations we have no more pet friendly rooms. You will have to stay somewhere else. Goodbye”. So on Christmas Day after having reservations for two months. I have to find a place to stay that has rooms that is pet friendly and has two rooms available. I went to microtel they are nicer and more accommodating.

The hotel was ok. But for the price I think the hotel need to upgrade the room. We stayed in the king/queen room. The room was clean but had a old smell to it. The bathroom was really old looking. Really bad turn off.....the king bed was comfortable. Probly won’t stay here unless they upgrade.

It was Amazing rooms clean and neat. Also cleaning ladies we're very nice. And the front desk was very nice friendly and very helpful when we checked in so we'll be staying again this summer 2021 Thank you all

The place seems really clean... the building seems a little old and nothing fancy but as long as its clean im fine 👍

No breakfast because of COVID but advertising still said breakfast was included. Housekeeping did not replace used shampoo & conditioner or plastic bags for ice bucket. Floors were not clean at juncture of walls. Big wrinkles in sheets when bed was made. Have stayed here a number of times before and were quite happy but quality has slipped noticeably. Now at best O.K. and equivalent lodging is available elsewhere for less money.

Although the hotel continues to advertise a free breakfast, upon arrival I was told that due to covid there is no breakfast. Thus I was told by the three staff members at the front desk - NONE of which were wearing a mask. I also saw no sign of the extra cleaning that was promised.

We really enjoyed it I would stay there again.

Our room was very clean which is important to us. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable.

Pros: Rooms are big and brick walls so nice and quiet! Beds are somewhat comfy and well stocked toiletries. Great location good parking easy access. Clean room Also Cons: pool closes 9:00 bc they allow people to book pool view rooms with lkids that complain that it’s too noisy and can’t go to sleep! Should be rooms for people who do not care pool open until 10:00 or 11:00. That’s crazy to not have a disclosure about pool hours and if you can’t deal with it then book another room down the hall. Not fair to all the people that want to swim after being out all day enjoying Pigeon Forge! Traffic is crazy and long wait times for dinners so it’s almost impossible to be back before 9pm. And no breakfast- nothing no fresh fruit or nothing! Rates are no cheaper and motels are using COVID as an excuse to cut amenities so prices should be lot cheaper! Other than that not sure if we will return if changes are not made

Very clean, easy to find hotel. I would recommend to others.
