Cliffside Inn

We loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a romantic getaway. We stayed in Beatrice’s room and it had a view of the ocean and garden. It has a lovely window seat area to have breakfast and coffee and the bathroom is amazing! We found the staff to be extremely kind, thoughtful and would go out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Breakfast is served daily and even with covid we loved the food they offered! We will be coming back as soon as we can!

Absolutely amazing. Checked in for a bday staycation. We stayed in the governors suite. The bed and the tub are perfect. Very clean. The staff are unbelievable. Going above and beyond. I will definitely stay again

The tower suite is such a unique and beautiful room. We enjoyed the fire place right next to the window seat. The breakfast was very good, even for covid times. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I hope to return and stay longer

Weekend visit with family. The Inn was fantastic. Little details were thought out EVEN with the Covid restrictions. I expect it would be even better once that is over.

Our first night we were met by Christopher who was absolutely amazing in his helpfulness and accommodating us upon arrival. We were traveling on my actual birthday and drove through a couple of storms which pushed our arrival time to near closing. Even though he was a few minutes before closing he made sure we were settled in with snacks and refreshments. The woman who worked during the daytime NEVER said one single word to me even when I spoke to her. We weren’t sure about breakfast as it was not put out at the time listed and just asked about juice and she in passing threw back a, “it’s coming”. She was perfectly chatty and pleasant to another young man who was standing near us but never engaged us that day nor the next. However, we could hear and see her laughing and chatting it up with another couple the following morning on the porch - because we were in the Garden Suite which is right off of the porch. She saw us, and still ignored us. It was especially disappointing because Christopher continued to be helpful and pleasant in the evenings. The room itself was lovely. Though, the water feature in the private patio didn’t work, the spray nozzle on the jetted tub didn’t work, and neither of the fireplaces lit. The bed and pillows were extremely comfy. Overall, we would recommend the Inn. I would like Management to have a talk with the woman who works in the morning and said she’s been there 5 years (she didn’t give her name). Her customer service is lacking and picky.

My family and I loved staying here! Great service, amenities, staff, and location! I highly recommend!
