Excellent location. Staff friendly, helpful. Let us leave our bags in restaurant downstairs after checkout. Apartment was clean, modern and well equipped. Food at restaurant downstairs very good, apartment guests got discount. Would stay there again.

Hotel is above restaurant with same name. In heart of Florence old town. Hotel amenities very new and decor modern chic. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet as windows sound-proofed. Shower excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location excellent and very safe.

The apartment is incredibly noisy; from street noise and from adjacent rooms. When we notified the owner, she indicated we should have known. Funny, I don’t see anywhere on the room profile “the apartment is very noisy and you are not likely to be able to sleep, even with ear plugs on al night.” The online photos are pretty but they are are an illusion; the cutie modern look does NOT muffle the noise! And based on the owner’s response, they really don’t care. Shameful!

Great apartment run by the restaurant downstairs. Apartment will have everything that you need for your stay in Florence. Location is extremely centralised and you can walk from here to the majority of the sights that the city have to offer. Note: it can still be rather noisy at night since you are on such a busy street.

Everything was perfect...loved the apartment, location, and support we received during our stay. Would highly recommend...and would use again should we find ourselves traveling to Florence.

The property is exactly like the pictures- clean, modern and spacious. The apartment even had a kitchenette with extra cups, plates, sink, mini fridge, etc. The room was absolutely lovely. We were given a bottle of wine upon arrival and the manager of the restaurant below welcomed us. The location is fantastic, on a major street close to all the attractions, great restaurants and shopping. Also about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station. Our only issue was that on our first night we returned late in the evening and found the front door padlocked. Neither of us recalled the manager pointing out a small key in our room for it. So that was frustrating trying to find someone to let us in. Other than that, the property was absolutely lovely with everything we needed. Rainfall shower head was nice and large closets too. A very spacious apartment. We would stay again.

The pictures reflect the property, very clean and modern. Walking distance to many sites, shopping and restaurants. The apartment is over a restaurant and at times was noisy.
