SpringHill Suites by Marriott Kansas City Plaza

The room was spotless and very clean. The bed was so comfortable!! All of the workers were so nice too. I would definitely stay here again.

We were very disappointed. The hotel looked nice from the outside and lobby. Elevator buttons did not always work. They charged me twice for parking (once when we 1st checked in and one the next morning). The clerk said she could issue a refund to my card and have not received it yet. The pool was freezing and when we asked if it can be turned up they said no. We requested a few more coffee pods (as we had 4 people and only 2 real coffee pods) for our room and we were informed there was coffee available in the breakfast area. Would of been nice to just been given a few extra pods. The shower door stuck and my daughter struggled getting out. Cabinet for the mini fridge/microwave wouldn't close all the way. 1 overhead and 1 wall light was burned out. Walls were very thin as we could hear every time the elevator and ice machine was in use. Everything was very loud throughout the night, but not like we could sleep well on the beds that felt like bricks!

We were recently in Kansas City for several nights and were happy with our choice staying here. Our room was extremely clean and we felt like safety measures were taken seriously during covid. We would stay here again!

Very nice, new hotel. Clean, comfortable. Nice neighborhood 10 minute walking distance from major shopping area. The young lady that checked us in was great. When I booked Hotels.com did not indicate there was paid parking in the underground lot. So she waived the fee. When we returned from a nice dinner in the evening my wife likes milk before she goes to bed. They do not sell milk in their pantry area. So this young lady went to the breakfast area and got her two small milk cartons. THAT IS SERVICE. I think her name was Lindey?

What I appreciated the most was, I forgot my curling iron in the bathroom when we left. I called the Front desk two days after our stay when I realized I forgot it. They were so friendly and held it for me with my name on it for me to return. I really appreciate the cleaning staff for turning it in so promptly

Wish I could post photos, everything was covid friendly accept the room. Something sticky on the phone receiver, I presume a spilled drink that wasn’t cleaned and hair on the bathroom floor. Also no a/c in the bathroom.

We truly enjoyed SpringHill Suites! Wish we could have stayed longer, we will make this our stay whenever we visit there again!

Enjoyed the stay at the Springhill Suites. They were very accommodating for our needs; i.e. rooms next to each other, scheduling the pool, etc. Very nice management, Covid breakfast (grab n go) was still very good! Recommending this hotel to others! I WILL RETURN

The beds and pillows were SO Comfortable! Spacious room and bathroom. Wonderful accommodations and a fantastic price! One downside was having to pay extra for parking my car. I did not remember seeing that in the property description. Convenient location for Country Club Plaza and Westport. I would definitely recommend!
