The lady at the front desk was super helpful. The cleaning staff had a smile for us. "Nice people" hotel

The staff was friendly at check in, but the room wasn’t fully cleaned (dirt and stains). There were what seemed to be illicit drug deals that were going on in the back parking lot, seen from our third floor room. The hallway carpets weren’t vacuumed and there was bags of trash lady in the stairwells.

Well I got to my room after 10pm and went right to bed . At first glance everything seemed ok but when I woke up in the morning and pulled back the bed comfortor there was a big brown unwashed stain on the corner of the Bed Sheet opposite of where I was sleeping . Also overheard housekeeping talking outside of my door saying that Tuesday was " Sheet Day " whatever that means. Not one to normally complain but that was kinda gross.

Very dirty. Food on the floor. Bathroom was dirty and sticky.

Conveniently located near the airport. When I walked in there was an uninviting smell. The carpets were dirty in the elevator. The room was big but the blinds didn't work properly and the lighting was not good.

Not a bad hotel for the price. Could be cleaner. Stains all over the couch. Mirror in the bathroom was all spotted. TV remotes dirty.

I liked this hotel. So convenient, staff friendly, good service, price affordable

No ashtrays outside and there wasnt a very good breakfast

The receipt was passed under the door during the night. No sweat the next morning checking out

Room was a mess. Dining room tables were rarely cleaned. Staff forgot to clean our room and when we returned to the hotel and brought it to their attention, they refused to clean it. We checked out two days earlier than planned and stayed at another hotel. Very disappointed.
