Poor experience though nice room.

Front desk guest services very poor. Took 3 tries with uncooperative girl to get a room away from the highway noise (no soundproofed windows!) Resulting room was very nice. Next problem was breakfast: NO milk available for dry cereals, NO juices and NO eggs, bacon, sausage but did have hot make your own waffles. A petty cash box could allow an employee to go to the store for milk & juice to accommodate guests. Sad that didn't happen! No accessible ramps on side access doors, only at front door and only 2 elevators for 3 floors. Probably will not ever schedule a stay at La Quinta again.

Nice stay this time

It was a nice room, it was huge, it was nice and clean. I went to use the bathroom and flush the toilet, and it was over filling with water. I had to wait until the next day to use the bathroom again. Other then that it was a nice stay and the breakfast was okay to.

Worst stay of my life

The door hinge broke on my door so I had to change rooms in the middle of the night it was very irritating. I heard everything going on outside my door and hallway.

I’m very disappointed, Nasty people, Nasty hotel

This has been the worst experience with this hotel, my room didn’t even have a room number so I walked pass the room twice at least. The room was dirty there was ashy in the bathroom, there was poop feces on the window. The lady that work up from was so rube I didn’t feel comfortable she made me feel unwelcome. I’m extremely disappointed and since I paid my money I knew they was not going to give me a refund. I would like a refund because this hotel was horrible

First I want to say the staff is nice. The needs are very tiny even for a normal size human, sleeping with your spouse you just keep hitting one another. The doors To the bathroom were odd and needed to be slammed to close for privacy. I know they are not doing house keeping daily which is fine, but I shouldn't find hair, and hair ties that don't belong to my family in the bathroom.

i just wanted a shower

Pretty good all around, good location, decent rooms, decently comfortable beds. Shower was not hot is the only complaint i had, kinda wouldve enjoyed a hot shower but beisdes that, okay all around.

It was a clean room. Beds not so comfy. My family of 4 stayed on 2 double beds which was fine. Bathroom had towels and washcloths for only 2 people. Called to get 2 additional towels so rest of family could clean up and they only had one person on staff working front desk. She said we’d have to go down and get them. When we went down a little later to get towels at the desk, no one was available. We waited for 5 minutes and could not find anyone at the desk or anywhere. No one would answer phone to desk either. So my family of 4 had to share 2 towels and 2 washcloths to get cleaned up. Not happy that a double room does not have 4 towels and washcloths. Crazy. At least leave some at desk for people to come get if they need them. I’m done with La Quinta’s. As the last one I stayed in in Colorado Springs was very dirty and dated.
