Great Location, clean and spacious!

This hotel is great. Clean, quiet and great location. The only problem is they advertise valet parking but have no parking at all. None, zero you are on your own to park. Also i was suppose to get a free bottle of wine for booking there with my status and that didnt happen either. These are minor but the truth.

Love the hotel. The staff was all lovely but perhaps understaffed during this pandemic time. One of the elevators was out of service but we used the stairs anyway. Good wifi throughout which made working on the roof a delight. Thanks for no music on the deck so we could work. They generously gave us a larger room when the first one barely fit the rollaway. Enjoyed the beach access at SLS.

Good location within walking distance from night life and the beach. Clean with nice decor

It was a very mediocre stay. We were there 5 nights and only received housekeeping services twice which sucked. We ran out of toilet paper, towels, and had trash overflow. It was also very noisy as the room above us was banging, running, and jumping constantly. Several days we could not sleep in because of it. Our floor and the stairwell which we used to come and go during our stay was an established smell of constant weed our entire stay. So FYI if you’re not in to 2nd hand contact highs. The staff was pleasant enough though. We would not stay here again.

Restaurant and bar is closed. Only 2 staff memebets workinh in entire hotel. Maid woke us up at 9 am with room cleaning. Pool is very small.

Rooms were quiet with central air. Shower was amazing. Record player with five vintage albums was cool. Rooftop deck with gorgeous pool and lounges was especially nice in the evening. One block to the beach and bicycle rentals across the street. Within walking distance to Lincoln Road shopping and restaurants.
