Trash and clothing from previous guests left in the room. Did they even clean?

Room was run down an had flys in the room an olny had two electrical outlets and one of them were all booked up

Worst hotel ever.

The exterior of the hotel is a little rough looking, but the room was fine, and better than I expected for less than $70 a night. The person at check in was very friendly. Don’t let the exterior put you off, I’d stay there again.

When you first walk in the room it’s stunk very bad very unattractive

My stay was adequate.

Cleanliness I give them 5 stars. However, the room is definitely outdated and not maintained. The bed could be a little more distance from the wall and window. The air conditioner was really loud and we had to keep it on because of the smell. Not a bad smell but overpowering. No clock, no refrigerator however, there was a microwave.

This is an older hotel which was ok. The kingsize room was ok. The walls had a dirty look to them, the bathroom and shower are small. Overall it was ok not sure if I would stay again but if I had to because it was the only thing available I would.

Room was clean nothing broke. Staff at check in and check out was very professional made sure we had all questions and concerns answered. Very polite and very professional staff. Room was amazing. Definitely would return.

Looks like it may be in the process of improving ? But has a long way to go. Lots of trip hazards and accessibility issues. (I had to climb on a chair to reach above the tv set to turn on the AC, for example) 3 different levels of floor to access the shower. Which was too dark and scary to use. People at the desk were polite and seemed nice. They had planted flowers, so effort was being made. Outside there seemed to be a lot of people just milling around; unclear if they were guests or just hanging out? Maybe they rent to transitional housing? Definitely would not want to be outside in the dark.
