The staff and cleanliness was great. Check in was super easy as well as check out. I was told upon check in that everyday I had a €10 credit for drinks /food. On two different days I had a coffee. Upon checking out I was told that credit was only for the dining room which when checking in I was told I could use it at the bar. Needless to say I was disappointed when I was checking out that I was charged not only for my coffee from the bar but also for a coke during dinner.

Not a 5 star hotel

Disappointing but worth the money. First of all this is not a 5* hotel. Beds very comfortable though and we got upgraded, as VIP gold member so that was nice. The amenities in the room are limited (only shower gel, no conditioner or body lotion). Only 2 towels per guest (one large one medium, no small hand towels). We had to request a tea boiler and iron, which is usually already in room. Fitness center was closed even at 6pm. Was not made aware of that upon reservation or checkin. The pool was much smaller than looks in pictures, there was no pool attendant and couldn’t find the pool towels. I you actually have to request them at the Spa, there was no indication for it, i had to ask the gentlemen that brought some food by the pool. Windows are thin and not sound proof, could hear all the street noise. The worst part was the 10€ Food Voucher i was given at checkin. I was not told any specific conditions to use it. I ordered in room appetizers that totaled 7,5€, made sure I checked with the person on the phone that i could use it on it and they approved, checked again upon delivery and they confirmed again. Upon checkout, the reception first took the voucher and told me i was all set, and then as I was waiting in the lobby came back to tell me I actually had to pay, and that it was only valid on 15euros minimum purchases. I told then repeatedly in good faith i had not been made aware of these specific conditions, but they ignored it. Not guest orie

Location is good, hotel is older but well maintained, walls are very thin. Definitely not a 5 star as claimed but a good 3.5-4 star.

Perfect hotel for a city break

Great stay for two nights in this well located hotel ,only 300 metres from the old town centre and port.

The hotel is listed as 5 stars so i was exited to stay here. I would have thought it was more 3 star based on look amd feel of bring there as well as the overall service.maybe it is a greek rsting system, couldn't say. Location was good and the main reason to stay here. Some staff were very helpful while others less so. There is a small pool on the roof,emphasis on small. The overall experience was average. I wouldn't recommend based on the price we paid.

A Solid 3.5 Star Hotel Experience

The room - Spacious with comfy bed but NOT soundproofed at all. You can hear the planes flying past day and night, and the shower next door. The toilet is separate to the shower but hand soap is only available in the shower room - rather unhygienic. Breakfast - Good selection of food. Although all guests are asked to wear plastic gloves, which is environmentally unfriendly, everyone can still touch your tableware. Would prefer a staff to handle the food during covid. Limited seating in the courtyard. Pools - Both very small. Pictures look much bigger than they are. No sanitiser available to clean sun loungers between uses. Car park - Only a handful of spaces available which fill up quickly and you have to walk up to the reception in person and ask for the gate to be opened which is quite inconvenient. Location - distance wise it is close to the old town, but you have to walk through some poorly lit, uneven, dodgy alleyway to reach it. No mini-mart/kiosk nearby. Reception staff - Disappointing! One refused to open the car park gate because she couldn’t see a space from her camera. But having walked up to the hotel from the car park myself, I know there’s a free space. Upon check in, a €10 credit for food&drink per day was offered to us as a Hotels.com incentive but no T&Cs were mentioned at any point. At check out, the credit was not honoured until we asked for the hotel manager. Very typical!

Very clean and the staff were very attentive. We arrived very early in the morning and the lovely gentleman said that he would try to ensure that our room was ready earlier than the check in time and when we returned just after 1pm the room was ready and waiting for us which was very welcome.
