Fairfield Inn by Marriott Philadelphia West Chester/Exton

It was alright. It’s covid so everything is kind of depressing across the board. The grab and go breakfast was pretty horrible. Both the muffin and granola bar were pulverized so it was completely inedible. The room was very clean, but no extra in room coffee after the first day, and I was there three. I thought the staff were exceptionally nice but I found it disturbing that over a three day period I never saw anyone at the front desk, you had to walk up to the desk and someone from the back room would come up to see what you needed. As nice as they were, it’s not very good service.

Best checkin I’ve had in years. Helpful made us feel welcome. Made some local restaurant recommendations that had patios. Very helpful no BS extra charges.

The employees were not wearring masks or their masks were not covering their noses. The shower curtain was mildewy.

I have sent an email to Marriott expressing my disappointment with this hotel and an employee.

We stayed at this location for three days because of a prolonged power outage in our neighborhood. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had to leave the AC on to drown out the highway noise but it was not a problem. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again

Room wasn’t as nice as previous stay. Very close to the elevator. Other customers were not wearing masks in lobby even though signs were up to do so.
