This is a very nice hotel. It had all the amenities we needed. We loved the courtyard area. Breakfast could have had more options, but I think that’s due to Covid. Only complaints would be that the bed covers were super thin, and there’s no hot tub in the hotel.

Our stay was pretty nice. Loved the setup of the suite. My only two complaints were there was foreign hair in the bathroom and the secondary entrance was not cleaned daily. However the few interactions I had with the staff was pleasant and our stay was quiet.

This hotel has so much potential but its understaffed and not taken care of properly. It lacks adequate supplies. When i arrived at 4:20pm to check into the 2 rooms i reserved, only 1 of the rooms was ready (check in time was 4pm). Apparently there was only 1 person working from housekeeping to clean all the rooms and had been there since 7:30 am and was still not done. There was an awkward exchange between the obviously frustrated housekeeper and the helpless front desk worker. The second room was ready about an hour later. On first impression the rooms looked good. We had the kids sleep on the pullout beds. In the first room there was 1 extra sheet to lay on the bed but no fitted sheet or pillow cases. There was a blanket rolled up in a ball that smelled like feet and clearly was not washed. The pullout bed in the 2nd room had scattered sheets folded into the bed and obviously had been slept in. There were no extra sheets or blankets to lay on the bed. When i went downstairs to get some linens i was told there were no more blankets, linens, or towels because the hotel was at capacity and they ran out. The lady at the front desk was able to pull some sheets from the dryer for me but we were not able to get any blankets. She was extremely apologetic. The next morning for breakfast (a Sunday) we were disappointed to find that there was no waffle batter and the waffle makers were turned off. There were slim pickings for breakfast and no hot foods at all. Overall disappointing

My bad

Made a mistake in booking. Didn't discover until after. Unable to rebook. Res Inn by Marriot said they couldn't help me. Hotels.com could have helped me, said they would get back to me, but never did. So I will have paid for something I never used. My fault, but I will never use either again.
