Hampton Inn Philadelphia Mt. Laurel

It was okay. Room was mediocre. Very small. Fridge did not keep our food and drinks cold

Food tray with used food under the bed, only one small shampoo bottle ,one conditioner , room not cleaned towels not changed the first night ,front desk informed us that they only clean every 2 nights, should have informed us at check in , reduced breakfast due to COVID WHICH WE ACCEPTED, A LOT OF COLD DRAFT ON THE FLOOR OF THE BEDROOM RESULTING FROM THE IMPROPER SEALING OF THE HEATING/AC SYSTEM FROM THE OUTSIDE OF THE EXTERNAL WALL.OVERALL NO EXCUSES FOR THE LEFT OVER FOOD TRAY UNDER THE BED , WILL NOT COME BACK, NOT WORTH THE MONEY WE PAID,ONLY ONE TOWEL PER PERSON PROVIDED,WATER HEATER ONLY LUKE WARM WATER,

For some reasons, the bed wasn't as comfortable as last time. However, I thought the amenities were really good. The breakfast and room was great and the people were really nice.

Very comfortable and quiet stay. Shaniya was helpful and such a people's person. She gave us great energy with no hassle.

I’ve stayed here numerous times and have always enjoyed my stay. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel was comfortable. The staff was friendly, room was nice and clean and the atmosphere was pleasant. It was in a great location for shopping and eating also.
