Service was great but cleanliness of room and worn mattress made room unsatisfying.

Room was not very clean, floors were dirty my kids socks where black from the floor. and my daughter found hair in the sheets they didn’t have enough robes for the us. Housekeeping has to do a better job of getting things cleaned

Best pet hotel

Great hotel friendly staff clean rooms and great restaurant. Michael is the best he’s super helpful caring and professional he’s at the front desk. Highly recommend him for ur needs while staying there

Check in was easy. Friendly staff. There was a prom at the hotel, they let us know at check in but i didnt mind it. The room wasnt too clean, there was a lot of dust. I didnt like that check in was so late and we couldnt use the amenities before checking in. It was a beautiful day and we couldnt use the pool prior to checking in. I wouldnt reccomend taking your car out because on top of the 31 dollar parking fee you will still have to pay going in and out.

Got walked in on!

While the view of the ocean was nice, the window did not have blinds that blocked out the light and sun, so we woke up painfully early to a blinding sun. We were close to the pool and there was a lot of noise from below. Overall it was a lovely stay, nice room and nicely decorated and clean. Restaurant food and service was solid. Servers invested in providing good service. Appreciate the kind and helpful valet/bell hop. We did have an incident in which someone another guest walked into our room while we were naked! Apparently their room key opened our room. Not sure how it happened, but we were only given one room key when we checked in, despite us asking for two.

Not pet friendly

It was one of my worst hotel stays...not as pictured, dust in room, staff walked in my room with do not disturb sign, not pet friendly, that was the whole reason i picked the hotel, bon fires packed an didnt get to enjoy that, an my anxiety was bad for being harassed for having my pet didnt enjoy my stay all would not recommend if u have a pet or not

Great layover for curising

Close location for the cruise ships, we spent the night before boarding the Carnival Radiance and the hotel even had a free shuttle to the port.

Property beautiful, bottom floor room: DO NOT GET

I have stayed here before and its been great but this time I got a bottom floor room and I DO NOT RECOMMEND. These rooms have the lower popcorn ceilings compared to the upper floors that appear more grand with the higher ceilings. The decor was ruffed up, the toilet did not flush all the way, broken spout in tub, wallpaper scratched up, lamp shades cracked, dusty behind beds, nightstands and toilet. Smelled like smoke when you walk in. At the restaurant the young african American girl hostess was so rude, tried to ask where to pick up our to go order, she looked at us with a blank stare walked away, came back, answered the phone and continued to ignore us. We waited 15 min and asked again and it had been sitting at a table next to her that she could of just handed to us. The whole exchange was very rude and unprofessional, the rest of the staff seemed very nice. The hotel grounds are beautiful and lots to do. Just DO NOT get a bottom floor room.
