The entire experience was great! Me and boyfriend had got locked out of our room due to maintenance issues but jusiash was able to fix the problem in a timely manner and him and amber gave us a free drink for our troubles. They were super nice and helpful.

Loved my stay! It was a tad bit noisy with the heavy doors slamming.... but other than that absolutely amazing!

The staff were amazing! Jack, Shannon and Rick were over the top with their service! We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again!

The staff was friendly and housekeeping cleaned the exterior doors of rooms that has previously been occupied.

I enjoyed my stay but, The place seemed to be understaffed bc it took a while before I could check in. I left and came back twice and I still wasn't able to check in due to rooms not being ready. I waited in the lobby until a room became available and I checked in around 5p.m.

The property was great but with it being a new property, they didn’t have a lot of what was advertised. This was not the fault of the workers as they were polite and honest about it.

Booked hotel for rest. Up most of bight w/anticipation of husbands surgery. Took him to hospital 5am. I came right back to hotel to rest/nap till 11:45 b4 noon check out. I had privacy sign on door. Around 10am i heard house keeping in hall talking very loudly to another attendant cussing and and sharing opion about another guest(s). Then about 11:10 Housekeep bangs on my door,yells housekeeping even though my privacy tag was on door. She turns up her music loud in room caddy corner from mine and sings very loudly. I got up and packed up and reported her loudness and disruption on north east side 2nd floor. To Assistant General Manager Darrius Long. He said he will take care of. Im very disappointed i had to go throygh a very difficult time and sought rest at the Hyatt. Loud hollering, loud music playing, loud sing hotel attendants should not be tolerated at any hotel. Training is needed.

Hotel was beautiful the staff was great
