I had a wonderful stay the staff was nice and helpful and the beds were comfortable and would stay again

When entering there was a sign on the door about the mandate to wear masks before entering. Also a Sign on the desk about wearing masks. The clerk came out of office to check us in without a mask and the next morning a different clerk also did not wear a mask when checking us out. The restaurant behind the hotel started out relaxing with a drink until the Mgrs turned both TV's at the bar to the NBA finals , turned off the music and cranked up the game on the sound system. I asked if music could be back on and and do they really need to blare the game over the whole bar they said no. One was wearing a Lakers jersey. We left and went someplace else. Also No Masks.

Very modern rooms. Slept comfortably. Cleanliness was a tad bit off. But nothing major. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was not clean. There was no housekeeping at all the entire 5 nights of my stay.

The room was what I was expecting plus! The room was clean and cool. The front desk was more than helpful and informed me of other services that the hotel offered, that was not listed on the website. I was hoping for a room with a bathtub, but I did later learn that all the newer hotels are trying to do away with them due to the accessibility they are trying to accommodate. I was very happy to hear that they are trying to be more accommodating to everyone!

Service was great comfort was great the only the disappointment was the cleanliness.. you can see the scum around in the shower were no proper cleaning nor disinfecting was done and the toilet was not cleaned properly!! Expected more but over all meh! Oky!

It was a good stay. Everything I expected.

This place reaked of smoke. The hallway, and worst of all, the pillows. The floors were filmy and dirty. Would NOT stay again. Next time I'll gladly pay the extra $50 to stay somewhere clean.
