Holiday Inn Express Biloxi - Beach Blvd, an IHG Hotel

Everything was great considering where we had stayed the night previously...

My daughter and just wanted to get away for the weekend from New Orleans. Check in was easy. Room was nice but the bathroom shower flow was very low. Breakfast was good for grab n go. We most definitely would come back again. I left the housekeeper a tip.

Overall a good stay except for a few guests not considered of others,noisey,loud while other guest were trying to sleep

For the cost paid this was by far the nicest hotel on our recent trip. Very clean and modern room.

Alan at front desk was great! Room was nice and clean.

Upon arriving we were told the tv was out due to the weather. It wasn't raining, it was windy. The tv didn't come back on until the next day. I paid the deposit with one card and was told I had to pay the full amount on another card. Something about the payment had to come from the same card. I've never heard that before, but it was late and we were tired. I still haven't received my money back yet. When I asked about it, they said some banks take longer to release the money. I called my bank and was told the hotel had not released the funds yet.

We got there a little early but they got us a room right away. We got settles and went out to enjoy the sights. Then at 12:30 AM, some very loud and noisy neighbors disrupted our otherwise wonderful sleep. After a second call to the front desk, we were asked if we wanted to move rooms. SERIOUSLY?!?! You move or remove the problem, NOT the quiet respectful guests! I've never been so frustrated, disappointed or insulted in a stay in my life! Not a good way to get return customers.

Hotel was clean and staff was nice. Hotel is across the street from the beach and walking distance from restaurants and souvenir shops.

This is my second time staying at this particular hotel and I must say it is quite a nice stay. Very clean environment and great customer service.

My room was clean and did not disappoint. I appreciated the extra pillows. Due to Covid-19, breakfast is brown bagged and taken with you (room or road).
