Arrived at the property very dismal looking, it's pub more than a hotel by the looks of it. Parked in the only spot in the car park available - if indeed it was the car park. Noticed a couple outside a back door having a smoke and I walked around to the front to check it out. Looking through the side window saw a pool table with someone sat on it, didn't look very inviting or clean so went to the Metropol for the night. 3 x the price but well worth it.

Clean, comfortable room and en suite bathroom. Stayed for one night for local music event. Reasonably priced, will definately stay again if in the area 😎👍 Only fault was being woken up in the morning by a small dog barking in room next door to us 🙉

Very Friendly staff

The staff was very friendly. The Hotel was alright but the mattress need to be replaced as were not that comfy at all. The breakfast could be a bit better for the price that I paid. The Hotel has a bike shed what was a plus for my bike and for me to have a better sleep.

Awful bed/ mattress but nice friendly staff

The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are big . However, the bed is very awful and the mattress caused great pain to my back following my overnight stay.

Satisfactory

No problem parking being the hotel. Friendly check-in. Comfy bed. Warm shower. Good breakfast. Locals were a little rowdy on Saturday night but then we were staying above a pub so you should expect that. Couldn't get any attention on check-out so just had to leave the key at reception.

Excellent experience

Excellent stay for a budget hotel.prime location in centre of town. Staff very friendly and ever so helpful. Breakfast was nice and fresh.secure lock up for motorcycles. Will certainly visit again .

Came up by motorcycle to ride the local area. Clean and comfortable with a good breakfast. Safe parking, would stay again.

When we pulled up we thought what have we done, how wrong can one look be. Very friendly place, good drinks and food was good too.very comfy bed. A couple of noisy residents above but aprt from that it was a good stop over,
