Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and clean.

Check in was just okay. We have stayed in four hotels while traveling throughout WV. We were not greeted or explained any procedures. We explained we were leaving very early and we were told a sack breakfast would be available. Yet, in the morning when I requested this I was told that wasn’t possible by the gentleman in duty. He didn’t even go back and check with the kitchen staff. He just said no. There was also people without masks. I felt very welcomed at all the other hotels we stayed at but this hotel wasn’t like that. The room was nice but I’ll stay somewhere else.

Clean hotel

Great hotel and great location. Clean and nice rooms and the area is quiet.

Very clean and very comfortable. And had a great, full hot breakfast! You told the server what you wanted and she went and fulfilled the order and brought it to you. Safe location. Great two night stay.

The room was very clean and all the staff very friendly. They even figured out a way to serve a hot breakfast safely during Covid19.

Very friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast was different due to COVID regulations but they still had it which was a plus!

The desk clerks are friendly and courteous. The room (although a bit noisy next to the highway) was comfortable and clean. And, finally: Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! for the delicious HOT breakfast-to-go.

Great night sleep, nice room

Property was great and bed was comfortable. Delivery from the restaurant was quick and the food was delicious, as was the free breakfast the next morning. A/C rattled a little bit but wasn’t too bothersome and kept the room cool. Would stay again!
