Nice and quiet

Nice place older hotel with great amenities, nice food at the rocks restaurant, great drinks at the bar. Very nice gym with up to date equipment. Overall very nice stay I've been here multiple times just to get away.

My stay here was OK. One thing that was VERY disappointing was the service, I asked for towels twice (one time at night and I waited for hours and nobody ever brought them! The second time was in the morning because the towels we had were dirty and we needed new ones, again, they didn’t bring them. )and got told they would send them up shortly and I never received towels. The room I stayed in also had NO number on it so my Uber drivers were confused!

Not the best but would stay again.

Well when we arrived valet parking was not available... It took 15? Minutes to check in... one of the concierge was fast but the other one had a customer issue. The room was a lot smaller than I thought it would be and the bathroom was small as well. The dining staff was excellent. The room was exceptionally clean but there definitely was people smoking weed nearby so every time we opened the room I could smell it. The balcony was ok not as decorated or comforting as the inside. The internet is not free. Disappointed because I’ve stayed in better hotels for that price but it was in a great area and breakfast and dinner was great. I felt like I was at home so that was decent. The elevators were fast, bathrooms were clean.. parking spaces were not too far, but the time we were leaving people took forever to move their vehicle so people can pull up and put our luggage in the car.

It was ok

The room was an overall ok. The check in was quick and the staff was friendly. My concern was the heat and hot water. The heat wasn't working well even when I set it to 80degrees it still felt very cold. I called the front desk and I was offered a change of room but we had too much to pack back up to change. The hot water had to run for about 10 minutes before it got hot. I called the front desk again and was told sometimes it can take the water a long time to heat up when you're on the higher floors.

Night away

Wife and I had a night away, road noise from the interstate was a little louder than expected. Room was nice, Staff was outstanding.
