Red Roof Inn Raleigh Southwest - Cary

The floors were dirty, the sheets had hair all over them, and on top of all of that, when my girlfriend went to sleep at around 11 she was bitten by bed bugs and we have pictures to prove it! I would never recommend this property to anyone! On top of all that we could not get a refund and then was moved to the other building where the elevator was out of order! Worst weekend ever!

When I got my room there were pizza boxes and beer bottles under the bed the toilet and tub wasn't cleaned especially the tub it was hair's in it.

The service is excellent! The comfort is ok. The cleanliness was not so good. This place has roaches and the halls and room smell like animals roam the halls all day.

Basic furnishings okay...some staff very nice, others indifferent to guests...mostly clean...room missing iron and hair dryer...someone covered the snake detector with plastic...building was advertised as non smoking but the entire building smelled strongly of smoke...workers were resurfacing the parking lot and part was roped off...we were parked in the area not being worked on where we were supposed to be and later found that workers blowing the dirt and debris off the lot blew it all over our vehicle, completely covering a brand new car with sand, etc., and never said anything to us about what had happened....overall the hotel is just okay...it’s cheap and allows pets but we will pay a little bit more next time to stay elsewhere.

Mold Everywhere, cleanliness grade F F F. It is sad and i was over charged for the price. Red Roof is not the hotel to stay. Service is garbage. Wish i could get all my money back. Trashy very stinky. Odor in rooms walls molding omg they are getting over. $

My second experience at Red Roof Inn was awful again. The hallways are filled with cigarette smoke. Anyone can just walk through the doors leading to the hotel rooms. The heat/air system in the room gave off a horrible smell, something like a mildew smell. I was disgusted the entire time.

I never got fresh towels and I was chased by my room by several men there. I felt super unsafe and my card was deactivated three times and I didn’t put it next to any device.

Just stayed overnight. Clean room. Comfy bed. Staff friendly.

Hotel was pretty bad, a lot worse than I expected. I didn’t even stay the night a lot of shady people inside and outside. Please book somewhere else.

Room smelled horrible.
