Tv did not work, cobwebs on ceiling over the bed, smoke alarm hanging from the ceiling, lavatory sink cracked, light bulbs missing or non-functional, loud road noise.

Please find another location. We came to pick up my son from the college for Easter on the way to Sacto. Smoke permeate the room. Blood stains on pillow cases. Bathroom was awful, parking was difficult, Broken furniture. We had been driving for 9 hours and just wanted to sleep. To top off our stay we found condoms by our vehicle in the morning. All around nightmare.

RUNNN!

First off, the building is filthy, the front desk demanded a hundred dollar deposit in cash, then a big deal was made not to smoke in the room when the room smelled like it had been used as a smokers den. on top of that, the room had two splotches that clearly were from someone knocking holes in them. then the upstairs walkway is big enough for one person so if you are going to your room and someone is leaving you have to walk back to the elevator area and change places, This property has taught me do some research before booking a room from online likes and stars alone.

My Sure Stay By Best Western In Vallejo

The metal thing in the bathtub that is put above the faucet was falling off, there were holes in the bathroom wall, I think, where a towel rack went. There were no towel racks to put the towels on. The towels were filthy, and the linoleum floors were dirty. I think the carpet was dirty, too. There were no small bottles of lotion.

It was the cheapest place to stay in the area. It had beds, electricity, and running water for us to use when we weren’t at the Sonoma Raceway Close to the freeway and not particularly well kept, but I guess if you want a better room, pay more elsewhere lol

This hotel is almost in the emergency lane of the freeway,.( Sounds like a joke but it's not one) so you hear Commercial Trucks, cars and motorcycles all night long, Our room had roaches and spiders, the hair dyer was broken and people on our floor outside yelling about something at 3am I think it was about the last piece of chicken or something, The "New" gal that helped us had a pleasant demeanor, But the husband and wife that I believe run the place were probably the most impersonal people I have ever met, I was told that I would be charged at the end of my stay, but was charged the full amount for the 3 days I stayed, at check in. My brother stayed one night in a different room and high tailed it out of there, his room door didn't lock well and with the combination of issues decided to go somewhere else. I will NOT stay there EVER again, look at other options before dealing with these people, MHO

Front desk lady was very rude she charged my card twice for a deposit I only received the small amount I have yet to receive the larger amount I will never stay here ever again I really felt like I’ve Ben robbed
