We had a pleasant stay at the Emporio Cancun. The staff was very helpful and our room was cleaned daily. There is a lot of construction going on but it was easy to get around the resort.

In time of COVID
Due to COVID-19. There was only 1 restaurant open for sit down dinner. The buffet style did have a la carte menu that was nice. Overall service was great. Rooms were clean.

Everything was super clean and the food was great unlimited buffet but definitely recommend this place for anyone who's traveling and the price I got it for was a steal

The location of the hotel is great. The rooms are new and super clean. All of the staff at the Emporio were great, and the food was amazing. A big thank you and job well done to Daysi and Gabriel from the Cúa restaurant and to Edwin and Xavier from the bars. We can’t wait to go back and see the complete renovations.

I had a very nice time. I felt very comfortable and safe knowing the property follows all the proper check points. It is very noticeable the staff cleaning and sanitizing all the areas. Very recommended!

Everybody is friendly and the place is clean. Food is sometimes average and lots of times is out of this world. Highly recommended
