most of the stay was good, the only slightly annoying thing was the door didn't seem to block much noise from the hallway. otherwise it was fine

The room smelled terrible and they were spiderwebs around room.... after I showered I was itching so I asked for a different room and that was better excepts spider web on some walls and fridge wasn’t working appropriately. They were kind but still the stay was different than other previous one. Also I suggested that they should have a seal on doors after rooms are clean and sanitized because of COVID-19 and satisfaction of customer to insured safety and comfort. Instead of me coming into room and sanitizing and cleaning room and sheets before entering room.other hotels do it am not sure why they don’t.

Housekeeping Kept the hotel clean, the front desk was friendly and kind, and I slept like a rock.

The room was comfortable, the floors in bathroom were looked clean, but when I had to wipe up water the towel was very dirty

ok for the price. they use some chemicals to make it smell nice that caused an allergic reaction and migraine. the bathroom was in need of an update.

This is an old property. While the rooms are more updated than the rest of the property, the hallways and stairwells smell old and the floor feels spongy and old. The staff was helpful and pleasant. This property is right on the edge of a more questionable part of town and attracts a more challenging segment of the area in addition to the “just passing through” business and traveling workers. Not that the management could probably do much about it but there was a very pleasant but apparently mentally challenged person organizing ALL of his personal belongings in the middle of the hallway while we were there. Again, I think this is a good value and you could do a lot worse. Just know it’s older and you could encounter some interesting folks due to its location. There was also an apparently high police interest incident in the next door parking lot while we were there as there were several police cars surrounding a car and the people inside it.

The toilet what is the bathroom and when I went to the desk he offered me a plunger not to take care of the problem and I told him we need to take showers good we’re fixing to leave for a wedding he said oh you can use the one in the pool room and I said no we need another room so finally they gave us a different room

One of the reasons I booked, besides the pricing, was the breakfast. Knowing the restrictions with the Covid, wondered what they would do. On check-in was told it would be a bag of food. Not sure what it will be, going down now

We were impressed that because of the COVID-19 situation, that they had sack/breakfast for us.

Didn't offer any of the breakfast stated in room choice. Pool was closed. After check out, we needed to use the rest room, and the young man there said, sorry, but the restroom is not available to the public. I didn't say anything, but I was appalled. He later added, we just keep it closed. So the experience at leaving wasn't so great. I thought they might be more greatful for getting guests during this difficult time in our history.
