Quality Inn & Suites Downtown

The front desk is one of the nicest I've dealt with however it was the hotel and room itself that I wasn't satisfied with. Though I read some reviews that it was clean, it's a little too musty, and a little too much on the old side especially the washroom. The part of town seems run down and alot of sirens at night, and there are also people sitting and hanging around in the middle of the night, but they are harmless. Had a quick hi-hello with them they are ok. Also, as per staff, they were very quick to bring up anything we required ie toothpaste and towels etc.

The young lady at the front desk with curly is the incredible person. Thanks for the chat , you gave me hope and made me feel better. God bless!

Nothing drove all the way there only to be turned down because I was paying cash, also guy running front desk need's a lesson on how to deal with costumers, never again to this property sad

Great location close to Caesars Casino, easy access to tunnel, also next to McDonald's for your morning coffee, the beer store is a block away & grocery store two blocks away. Room had refrigerator, but no microwave.

Staff was friendly, room was clean and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was close to downtown and the casino, which was great, but unfortunately was in a bit of a sketchy area of Windsor. The McDonald’s beside the hotel attracted a lot of homeless and mischievous people. One night my boyfriend and I were followed back to our hotel and the hotel staff was not present at the time, which happened a lot during our stay. Prior to our visit, I called the hotel to ask for recommendations of restaurants/events going on in the city, but was bluntly told by the employee that he didn’t know of anything. This was one of a few disappointing encounters with the staff at this location. When we arrived for our stay we got into our room early which was great, the room itself was okay. I called the front desk on our first night to ask if they had or sold Advil. I was once again bluntly told no, and was given no advice/suggestions on where to get any Advil. The complimentary breakfast was great and was the highlight of our stay. Overall, wouldn’t stay again due to sketchy location, and very poor customer service.
